1. Can I order digital version of the group photo?

   For student privacy reasons, we do not provide group photos in a digital format.

3. What are the dimensions of the digital portrait negative?

   The digital portrait is a JPEG file  sized at 2372 x 3000 pixels and is supplied at 300dpi - a resolution which is the international standard for any high quality printing. The file size of the image itself can range depending on the colour and detail contained within the image, but will range between 2MB to 7MB. Therefore the image supplied will be suitable for printing enlargements on any print media.
   
4. Your photo sizes don't fit any of the frames/items I have at home. What do I do?

   For bespoke sizes, we would recommend purchasing the digital image as this will enable you to print in any size and as many times as you wish. (Please note that no refunds are offered on the purchase of a digital image).
   
5. Do you 'Photoshop' student images?

   We never airbrush or retouch any student portraits at any time, unless a parent has made a specific request and paid an additional fee for this to be done.
6. Are your protective sleeves environmentally friendly?

   At Kapture Photography, we use PVC sleeves which encapsulate and protect your valuable school portraits. Poly Vinyl Chlorate offers long term protection which compares favourably to laminated cardboard folders used by other school photography companies and competitors.

   PVC sleeves are exceptionally durable and long-lasting, providing excellent protection for school photos without the need for frequent replacements. This durability contributes to a reduction of waste over time. Additionally, PVC can be recycled efficiently, reused effectively, therefore consuming less energy in the process.   

   In contrast, cardboard folders, once laminated, contaminates the board, taking much longer to break down. These often end up in landfill further contributing to long-term waste issues.

   Our manufacturer is particularly sensitive to environmental issues surrounding recycling. They ensure that all offcuts and waste from production of PVC sleeves are recycled, further minimising our environmental impact.

   By choosing PVC sleeves, we can offer superior protection for school photos while making  more sustainable choices for the environment.
